Basic Life Support (BLS) Training
at Richmond Athletic Ground, in partnership with Richmond Rugby
Service Description
Learn how to confidently recognise a cardiac arrest, perform CPR and use an AED. This is a family friendly session aimed at people who are new to learning BLS or who want to refresh their skills. Everybody is welcome; all abilities and ages. You will learn baby, child and adult CPR and how to retrieve an accessible defibrillator in an emergency. Optional donations to further our lifesaving work will be welcomed on the day and will be split equally between The Paul Alan Project and The Richmond Heavies Foundation (the charitable arm of Richmond Rugby).

Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend the training session, please cancel your booking with at least 48 hours notice. Failure to cancel will mean that we will not accept a future training booking from you. You can cancel by phoning us or sending us a text/Whatsapp message or email. We understand that, sometimes, there are exceptional circumstances which will prevent you from cancelling in good time - if this is the case, please contact us, directly, as soon as possible, so you don't forfeit your opportunity to glean lifesaving skills. We have had to put this policy in place, sadly, due to the lack of no-shows with no communication pre or post training which is just so unfair and disrespectful towards our charity and our trainers who give their time for free. It also prevents other people learning vital skills when spaces are wasted.
