Training 28 - Basic Lifesaving (BLS) Training

Would you know what to do if somebody's heart stopped beating?

You can join our certified trainers in small, friendly groups of 10 or less to learn how to save a life. Our sessions are a mix of theory and practice and you will learn:

  • how to spot the signs of a cardiac arrest

  • how to help someone who is having a cardiac arrest

  • how to perform CPR

  • how to use a defibrillator

  • the difference between a heart attack and a cardiac arrest

We welcome people of all ages to our training (whether you are 5 or 105) but please note that children and young people under the age of 18 will require a parent/carer present at all times. Our friendly, informative training sessions truly are accessible for all! Our trainers are fully certified to deliver basic life-saving skills sessions.

Can't find a suitable date for yourself? Contact us via email: clare@thepaulalanproject.org - we will always accommodate people who want to learn with us!
